Does Xedra Cut XT really work?
What is Xedra Cut XT?
Xedra Cut XT is a relatively new face on the diet pill market and is manufactured and sold via well-known nutrition and fitness brand – USN.
The company claim that Xedra Cut XT is an ‘extreme thermogenic’ which basically means that the ingredients work by increasing the core body temperature and the speed at which fat is burned within the body.
Thermogenics are pretty popular among diet pill enthusiasts, but they do come with a few common side effects. Xedra Cut XT claims to be one of the strongest on the market and uses four stimulants in an attempt to boost the metabolism.
How does it work?
Caffeine, Green Tea, Yerba Mate and Glucuronolactone are the main ingredients in the Xedra Cut XT blend, although in what quantities it is unclear, since the official site doesn’t give away too much with regards to its specifics.
Each of these ingredients are stimulants in their own right; Glucuronolactone specifically is the key compound found in energy drinks like Kick and Red Bull.
As far as we are aware, Xedra Cut XT only contains these types of thermogenic, metabolism boosting ingredients. There is no mention of any other type of weight loss aid such as a fat binder or appetite suppressant in the main blend (although it’s worth noting that there are four separate blends of Xedra Cut XT).
This means that you are relying on its fat burning properties to do all the hard work and presumably ensure enough calories are burned to encourage weight loss. Quite a tall order.
So is it effective?
There is some evidence that these stimulants can help shift a few unwanted lbs, along with healthy eating and exercise, but typically these types of ingredients are combined with others to make a more capable dietary supplement. Alone, this formula may not have much of an effect on weight-loss, but it will certainly increase your energy some what.
With regards to customer reviews, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. Independent reviews are a little slim on the ground but that may be because the pill is relatively new. It’s pretty much a 50/50 split of positive to negative reviews for Xedra Cut XT.
Some people have experienced some encouraging results, but just as many have experienced no weight loss at all, and almost all of them have felt the effects of the caffeine content.
Are there any side effects of Xedra Cut XT?
As mentioned above, there are reports of side effects taking Xedra Cut XT, but that is to be expected. With the amount of stimulants in its advertised blend its little wonder that people are mentioning jitteriness, headaches, nausea, heart palpitations and insomnia.
These are par for the course when it comes to stimulants on their own, let alone when you are taking a combination of quite so many.
While with other brands that contain such ingredients, reducing caffeine elsewhere from your diet can help improve the symptoms, Xedra Cut XT contains so much that we doubt avoiding that morning cup of coffee is going to benefit anyone very much.
Is it worth it buying?
In all honesty probably not, Xedra Cut XT relies heavily on stimulants to burn calories more quickly, something which will do little for many unless you are already close to a daily calorie deficit.
In conclusion, while it is one of the cheapest on the market, it more than likely will leave you feeling like you’ve had one too many espresso’s rather than helping you watch the weight fall off.
